Lądek-Zdrój is one of the oldest spa towns in Europe, known for its hot thermal springs. History right next to active holidays.
A cyclist's playground: Singletrack Glacensis (over 230 km of trails), four bike parks and great quiet roads. Hikers and climbers get wild rocks, steep climbs and scenic ridges, still free of mass tourism.
The Czech border is close, which adds more: new trails, mountain passes and small towns. Around you: old mines, caves, palaces, fortresses, lookout towers and castles.

In winter: 3 ski resorts, dozens of kilometres of groomed cross-country tracks and beautiful ski-touring routes.
